This is a full-blood M9+ piece of Wagyu from Australia.
100% grain-fed in accordance to Japan standards.
Smoked for 15 hours and slow-cooked for another 14 hours with Jalapeños, Mexican Pinto Beans and chickpeas.
This little container is packed with not just full of Wagyu but also 30 hours worth of effort!
- 180g to 200g per container
- Steam the container for 8 mins to heat it up.
- Dip with baguettes, bread or tacos!
