Our order slots open every Tuesday at 10pm for delivery on Saturday of the same week between 11am to 4pm.

All our smoked meats are smoked traditionally only with wood logs & charcoal, no gas/ electric smokers or sous vide.

NO MSG, Nitrates, etc used as well.
