Our butter is crafted with wood-smoked tallow, whole Umeboshi from Fukuoka and blend of Shiso leaves. This unique recipe idea originate from my mum's precious stash of Umeboshi that was gifted to her from my uncle in Japan. I started to research on the many types of Umeboshi which is also known as salted pickled plums and got my uncle to airfreight some over from Japan for taste-testing.
