Hot-Smoked Salmon with one of my favourite peated whisky – Talisker Dark Storm from Islay!

Don’t worry, the whisky taste is not as strong as the previous one with Octomore, this is with lighter notes, vanilla peat flavour, with slightly salty and smoky sweet profile.

Tip: Enjoy it chilled or at room temperature.
